Madres

True life horror blended with supernatural horror. This is an important story that shouldn’t be forgotten and it was definitely an interesting way to tell it. The attention to detail was amazing. The time period and a look at the culture of migrant workers and second-generation Mexican Americans felt very genuine and not something that you see often, especially in horror. Thought provoking. Ignore the bad reviews, people suck and so what if the horror was a tad cheesy – the real horror is this actually happens. This was superbly done.
